Abstract: The aim of this talk is to confront the hypothesis, that all objects in the cosmos are electrical neutral. Since the Earth’s Moon has no atmosphere or intrinsic magnetic field and consequently it surface is bombarded almost all time with the full set of particles, we use the Moon as ideal example. We define four test scenarios to check the neutral plasma conditions with the existing experimental data of the flux of cosmic rays and solar wind. We test is the electric potential of the Moon over the time equal to zero.
