
Zhu Qingfeng, male, born in July 1973 in Danyang County-level City, Jiangsu Province, is currently the deputy director and associate professor of the Department of Astronomy, University of Science and Technology of China (USTC). He graduated from USTC in 1996 and received a Ph.D. in Astrophysics from the Department of Astronomy, the University of Texas in 2006. From 2006 to 2008, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Imaging Science, Rochester Institute of Technology, New York. His main research interests include the formation and evolution of massive stars, interstellar medium, astronomical instrumentation, and galaxy physics.
