Feng Chang

Feng Chang, male, received his Ph.D. from the University of California, San Diego, in 2014. He subsequently conducted postdoctoral researches at the University of California, Irvine, and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In March 2021, he was appointed as a specially appointed professor in the Department of Astronomy at the School of Physical Sciences, University of Science and Technology of China.

His primary research fields are cosmology and astronomy, with a focus on detecting various early universe signals predicted by theoretical models through different wavelengths. This includes the cosmic microwave background, cosmic infrared background, and the 21 centimeter line. He is a member of several microwave background projects in both the United States and China, and has served as a reviewer for multiple physics and astronomy journals.
