The Goddess Cup women' s Basketball Game, which is a carnival of USTC girls, is kicked off in the basketball court of East Campus of USTC at 12: 30 on Oct. 15th. The game is also broadcasted online at Sina Weibo where fans can get first-hand news in time. The cup's name- "Goddess"-comes from university boys' respect to the girls.
Two games are marching at the same time today: girls from School of Life Science Vs the team of School of Engineering Science, while the other one is launched between Team of School of Chemistry and Team of Dream which is founded by School of Physical Science.
"We gathered only in this game," a girl of the Team of Life Science said, "we have been trained about 7 times already, I feel good now."
Girls are divided in red and white, "we should finish the game early, because I must do some pre-reading of my coming class," the girl of the Team of Life Science said, "it may be a little tired, but I am happy to be the goddess today." Team of Life Science never let any opportunities go, they make the score 25:0, which helps them get the first victory of the league.
"They are goddesses today indeed," a boy from School of Chemistry is watching with admiration, "as you know, it's even hard for boys to defend like that."
The Round One of the games will be end at Oct. 19th, Friday this week.
